This class is the perfect introduction to Pole Dance & Movement for fitness! Students will be taking through our one-of-a-kind mat workout & warm-up. Afterwards, the instructor will introduce students to several foundational pole dance techniques & exercises before putting them all together into a dance routine.

Completion of the Intro to Pole class is a required pre-requisite prior to attending any Pole 1 class on the schedule.

Students with previous pole dance experience do not have to take an Intro to Pole class. If this applies to you, please email management at for an email assessment & level placement.
