This class is the perfect introduction to Pole Dance & Movement for fitness! Students will be taking through our one-of-a-kind mat workout & warm-up. Afterwards, the instructor will introduce students to several foundational pole dance techniques & exercises before putting them all together into a dance routine.

Completion of the Intro to Pole class is a required pre-requisite prior to attending any Pole 1 class on the schedule.

Students with previous pole dance experience do not have to take an Intro to Pole class. If this applies to you, please email management at triangle@aradiafitness.com for an email assessment & level placement.
